This Privacy Policy describes how dis-ART Gallery may collect and use your information as a user of the platform, products and services. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use. By using the platform, you agree that your data may be collected, stored, shared and used as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your privacy as a user.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
In this Privacy Policy, the term “personal information” refers to information about a user that can be used to contact or identify that user. You may be asked to provide certain personal information when you register for an account on dis-ART Gallery or use certain features of the Services. “Personal Information” includes, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail, address, telephone number and payment information. You can choose not to provide us with certain personal information, but this may limit your ability to create an account or our ability to provide you with certain features of the Services. We only share your personal information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy or otherwise with your consent.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
More than personal information you may provide us additional information as user of our services, for example, in your user profile, or otherwise, when you communicate with us, including but not limited to, information about your preferences and interests. This additional information will be considered part of your personal information and it will be combined with other identifiers in a way that allows you to be personally identified, for example, combined with your name or contact information. However, by itself, this additional information is not considered personally identifiable information and is not considered “personal information” under this Privacy Policy.
DATA RECORD
As with many providers of online services, we have certain information systems that let you know how users access and use the services. Examples of these may include registration data, access times and dates, IP, Internet browser and operating system used to access services, devices and application identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, search terms, information about the transaction, location, bounce rate and frequency of login. We may use log data to manage, customize, measure and improve the services for you and other users.

Depending on the type of Internet browser we may use “cookies” to store the registration data or to store certain information (eg. login information). That way, you will not have to re-enter them the next time you use the Services.
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or other device to record or store information. Session cookies and persistent cookies are used. Session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed and persistent cookies remain on your computer until you decide to delete them or they expire. Most browsers have the option of disabling cookies. However, this may limit our ability to provide you with certain features of the Services. This Privacy Policy applies to our own use of cookies only and not for the use of cookies by third parties.
MOBILE USE
You may access the Services through a mobile device. Whenever you access services from a mobile device, we may receive information about your location and mobile devices, including an unique identifier for the device, which can be used to customize the services to your location. In addition to other uses specified in this Privacy Policy, your information will be used principally to administer and operate the services, to facilitate communication and also to provide products, services and information you may require. We can also combine your personal information with other information obtained and aggregate them with information collected from other users in order to customize, measure and improve services (eg. product development and resources). We can still use them combined to serve you individually (for example, to recommend you works of art, products or services, based on your use of the services and in your most recent preferences and interests).
COMMUNICATIONS
We may contact you via email, or through other contact details provided, to provide you with individual support, for example:
- For communications regarding your account, queries or transactions;

If you Communicate with us by email, phone or otherwise, we may keep a record of such communications. We may also send e-mails to promote works of art, products or services, or to provide you with general information on services (eg. to inform you about new features or other updates). If you do not wish to receive promotional communications from us, you may indicate this preference by following the directions of our emails or by adjusting your account settings. However, we will continue to send you non-promotional communications, such as those related to questions that may possibly have been placed by you, with operations that you might have carried out, with your relationship with dis-ART Gallery, or even with the updates to the Services or general policies.
